Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, eating habits, and maintaining a calm environment while strictly adhering to confidentiality policies.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs and intake
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Lift and move residents up to 25 pounds
