Graduate of accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
Masters or Doctorate in Nursing Practice required
Texas RN and Advanced Practice Nurse licenses
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist credential
Basic Life Support (CPR) certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
