The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12, strong analytical skills, and a customer-focused approach, thriving in a collaborative environment. **

Job Summary

  • Provide functional support for Oracle EBS R12 across the full Order to Cash cycle including Accounts Receivable, Project Billing, Project Costing, and Project Management.
  • Manage incidents and requests in alignment with defined SLAs, ensuring accurate ticket updates, clear ownership, and visibility of progress through to resolution.
  • Participate in SIT, UAT, and regression testing for patches, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure quality and readiness.
