Base: $110000 - $159500 per year; Bonus/Equity: 10% annual target bonus; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid parental leave, paid time off

Key Requirements
4+ years facilities or property management experience
Experience with third-party providers or corporate environments
Knowledge of HVAC, electricity, telecommunications, furniture and building energy management systems
Accounting and budgeting experience
