Job Summary
The Oregon Department of Justice is seeking a probate attorney with experience in estates, trusts, guardianships and conservatorships to join the Civil Recovery Section.
This position will represent the state in a robust probate caseload, including estate cases, guardianships, conservatorships, trust litigation and Medicaid recovery actions.
The Department offers a broad range of opportunities for attorneys to work on significant and complex issues that face our state and make a difference to the citizens of Oregon.
