Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for developing and executing the Procurement ESG Strategy, driving the reporting function, and owning the Procurement Governance process, including Policies and Procedures.
  • Accountable for the ongoing as well as ad-hoc savings reporting to CPO, PLT, and COO, and responsible for the development and implementation of a global Procurement Academy based on the Procurement Capability Framework.
  • The role will own the Procurement Talent Strategy, developed in collaboration with PLT and CPO, and will be responsible for the development and implementation of the academy in collaboration with CPO, PLT, HR, and external partners.

Key Requirements

  • Proven success in managing procurement execution teams
  • Strong background in compliance, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and shared service environments
