Haleon is seeking a Bu Controller to oversee end-to-end financial operations within the business unit, partnering with various stakeholders to drive business goals and strategy. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in finance processes and team leadership, particularly in the Middle East & Africa markets

Job Summary

  • This role will oversee the end to end from forecasting to actuals reporting for the BU and will partner with BU FD to drive the business goals and strategy of the segment and serve as the gatekeeper of BU’s financials.
  • The role will also work with the global corporate teams (Group Controller, Consolidation/Financial Planning, GPO, Tax, Treasury, etc) to drive overall finance strategy for Haleon.
  • The role will head a team of planners, controllers, analysts as well as BPO’s in order to drive end to end support for markets within the BU.
