Job Summary
Provide day-to-day technical support to end users, including regular travel to field offices, and manage service requests via multiple channels.
Participate in the deployment and support of new IT infrastructure projects, including hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Monitor network performance, configure network devices, and ensure reliable communication systems while adhering to security policies and managing asset inventory.
