10+ years Claims Operations, QA & Compliance experience
Lloyd's Managing Agent or Specialty insurance/reinsurance organization experience
Expertise in Specialty Claims Operations in Lloyd's/FCA/PRA/CBI regulatory environments
Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels
Proficiency with data and management information development
