  • 5+ years experience in manufacturing or regulated industry
  • Experience with ERP, Automation, EBR, and LIMS systems
  • Knowledge of Change Control and Document Management processes
  • Experience with QA Validation including CSV and equipment validation

Nice-to-have

  • Supply Chain background with FMCG operations experience
  • Senior Site leadership or SLT level experience
  • Strong P&L management and finance acumen
  • Ability to challenge stakeholders and influence senior leaders
  • Autonomous work style aligned with global goals

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related scientific field
  • 5+ years' experience in process, manufacturing, project, or R&D engineering
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical/FMCG or other regulated industry
  • Manufacturing environment experience including process and equipment knowledge
