8+ years process design experience
Insurance brokerage operational knowledge
End-to-end process documentation skills
SOP and RACI model development
Process governance and change control

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Collaborative and execution-focused mindset
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
8+ years of experience in process design or operational excellence
