Job Summary
This role will lead teams that extend and evolve an existing API/microservices platform by designing and delivering RESTful APIs, microservices, and agentic AI-driven automation to handle provisioning, patching, decommissioning, ticket and service request resolution across servers, databases, and Kubernetes.
Implement centralized logging, monitoring, tracing, and analytics for automation and managed infrastructure (servers, databases, PaaS DBs, Kubernetes) to reduce MTTR and service requests.
Recruit, upskill, and mentor engineers on API design, microservices, testing, observability, and agent safety.
