Well Established Company Basic $2300 - $2600 + AWS + Variable Bonus Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Working location: Gul Circle (company transport provided) Working day: Monday to Friday Working hours: 8.15am to 5.15pm Job Responsibilities: Administrative support to sales department. Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from existing customers when Sales Representatives are unavailable. Handling incoming orders with sales representatives by checking for correct prices, discounts, product numbers and inventory before generating of sales order. Attend to walk in customer when marketing department is preoccupied. To update on commercial team sales revenue based on data provided by the accounts department. To follow up with key customer on after sales matter such as dispute on service quote, service matter or loan unit with sales department head. Prepare quotations. Other ad hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Nitec / Diploma qualification or equivalent.
