Job Summary

• The Clinical Nutrition Supervisor oversees the operations and performance of clinical nutrition services within a healthcare setting, combining leadership, management, and clinical expertise to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse populations.
• This role provides direct supervision to dietitians, diet technicians, and/or diet assistants, including managing daily operations, staff scheduling, and unit assignments.
• Key responsibilities include evaluating staff performance in alignment with departmental goals, implementing targeted action plans for improvement, and leading regular meetings with registered dietitians (RDs), dietetic technicians (DTRs), and/or patient services teams.
