  • Lead high-stakes SaaS/PaaS proposals, turning complex technical requirements into visionary solutions that help Japanese government agencies and NGOs modernize their impact.
  • You will own the strategy, from the initial "Go/No-Go" analysis to the final, polished submission.
  • Beyond individual bids, you will build the "Bid Engine," including curating a world-class Japanese content library, developing proposal policies, and training internal teams on best practices.
