Job Summary

• Responsible for the proper efficient operations and maintenance of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for the assigned facility.
• This position may also include the supervision of maintenance staff at the building depending on the size and complexity of the assignment.

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Appropriate license/permit for trade
