Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher
Eight (8) years of manufacturing, product engineering, and/or product development experience
Three (3) years of experience in project leadership
PMP certification
DFSS and DMAIC Six Sigma project experience
Electrical, Renewable Energy, or Automotive industry experience
