  • This role requires obtaining and maintaining certification in the WFS Product Suite while configuring applications using JavaScript, HTML, and SQL to meet customer business requirements.
  • The analyst will lead client workshops, manage project lifecycles from discovery to go-live, and ensure successful delivery of workforce management software solutions within budget and deadlines.
  • Candidates must possess an entrepreneurial mindset to handle dynamic conditions, mentor team members, and drive results independently across multiple concurrent client-facing engagements.
