Job Summary

  • This role exists to move leaders beyond having data to acting on insight—integrating high-quality analytics, strong sense-making, and influential consulting to shape enterprise decisions that affect our candidates, employees, and patients around the world.
  • You will regularly partner with key decision-makers, including executives, to identify their needs, collect meaningful data, perform accurate analyses, and craft compelling narratives.
  • You’ll be a consultative partner to senior leaders by connecting insights, building longitudinal views, suggesting alternative hypotheses, and making recommendations—often at the point when consequential tradeoffs are being made.

  • Ability to work onsite at least three days per week
