  • Lead AI and HRIS product compliance, partnering with Product, Engineering, Security and the Privacy team, and embed a risk-based legal review into product development workflows.
  • Own product T&Cs for HRIS and AI features and stand up core Product AI governance, including model inventory, risk classification, and human oversight.
