Job Summary

  • This role is expected to lead AI and HRIS product compliance, partnering with Product, Engineering, Security and the Privacy team.
  • You will be a legal partner to Product, Engineering, Privacy, and Security, with emphasis on HRIS and AI/ML features, translating complex rules into clear, shippable requirements and striking the right balance between compliance and commerciality.
