Job Summary
This role is responsible for end-to-end engineering deliverable tracking, improving execution rigor (Say/Do), driving productivity insights, and establishing quality KPIs across BOM, CAD, and Technical Documentation.
The Senior Engineering Operations Engineer will drive end-to-end operational excellence across BESS Hardware Engineering by owning engineering deliverable tracking for BOM (e-BOM/MBOM), CAD releases (3D, 2D, packaging, harness), and technical documentation, ensuring full alignment with Stage-Gate and NPI milestones through centralized dashboards leveraging Power BI, SharePoint, and PLM systems.
Leveraging digital tools and AI, the role will enable proactive risk identification, automate reporting, and generate actionable insights using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
