Capita is seeking a Training Delivery Instructor to provide high-quality communications training to Royal Navy trainees. The role is designed for ex-service personnel or experienced defense trainers, focusing on delivering classroom and practical instruction on military communication systems
Job Summary
Deliver high-quality training on MMR (PRC‑163/167) and BOWMAN communication systems to Royal Navy personnel.
Prepare and maintain lesson plans, training aids, and practical scenarios, and assess learner progress.
This role is offered on a term time basis working 45 weeks per year, with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August.
