Job Summary

• The Account Manager will lead day-to-day operations for customer relationships with a focus on providing our customers/partners world-class service and strategic solutions resulting in increased customer retention and revenue.
• Manage all aspects of current customer relationships, actively engage and plan with current customers, proactively, to achieve their goals.
