Must-have

  • 10 years EPC electrical substation experience
  • High-voltage power systems project management
  • Contract administration and change order management
  • Cross-functional team leadership in fast-paced environments
  • Project controls scheduling forecasting and risk mitigation

Nice-to-have

  • PMP certification or equivalent credential
  • Experience with Primavera and ERP systems
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with subcontractor management processes
  • Proposal development and pre-award planning support

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% including international travel
