The Operational Excellence Partner is responsible for drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives across Maersk's Contract Logistic Product.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of logistics operations, lean six sigma methodology, process improvement methodologies, and change management and will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive operational safety, quality, efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements
Industrial Civil Engineer or similar
3-5 years of experience in Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma
Intermediate level experience in WMS or similar systems
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Certified Six Sigma Green Belt
At least 3 years of experience in logistics operations
Intermediate proficiency in spoken and written English
