Job Summary

• The Specialised Lending Manager will closely liaise with our sector-focused relationship managers to onboard new clients across both large corporates and also mid-cap sized clients.
• This may involve working in a deal team to pitch ING’s capability to a client’s senior management and/or debt advisors as well as undertaking intensive due diligence on the credit and commercial merits of a lending transaction proposal.
• In life management and on-going monitoring of assigned portfolio including timely group reviews, monitoring financial reports, market trends, regulations, and early warning signs that may impact the client and or portfolio.

• Real Estate Finance experience
• Irish Food & Agri market experience
• Acquisition/Leveraged Finance experience
• Mid-Cap sized corporates experience
• Working knowledge of capital markets
• Proficient in financial and credit analysis
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Capable of working independently
• Experience in transaction documentation
