Job Summary

  • As a member of Workday's Pricing Team, the Director will play a key role in shaping Workday's monetization strategy.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of deal data, customer usage data, customer and sales feedback and translate into solutions or improvement opportunities.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $178,800 USD - $268,200 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $151,000 USD - $268,200 USD; If performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is $159,000 - $238,400 USD

  • 7+ years relevant industry or consulting experience in pricing
  • 3+ years experience in GTM strategy or product management

  • High level of proficiency in data analysis
