Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to perform assembly and inspection operations over a range of products and processes, supporting both cyclical and non-cyclical work.
  • Key responsibilities include setting up equipment, assembling component parts, visually and dimensionally inspecting parts, and completing required manufacturing documentation.

Key Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 3-5 years light assembly experience
  • Regulated industry experience required
  • Medical device experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to read and follow detailed instruction
  • Ability to recognize obvious defects
  • Competency in multiple critical assembly processes
  • IPC soldering standards desired
  • Technical training in welding
  • Technical training in material science
  • One-year related quality experience preferred
