Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6-10 years energy corporate banking experience
Deep knowledge of Upstream E&P and Midstream
Expert level financial modeling in Excel
Experience structuring complex credit facilities
Proven track record leading deal execution
Nice-to-have
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Established network across energy sectors
Ability to present confidently to senior clients
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Knowledge of clean energy transition trends
Key Requirements
Active FINRA Series 63 and Series 79 licenses
Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
6-10 years of experience in energy commercial banking
