You will be provided with leads from top producing agents in our markets and are expected to build excellent relationships with both Orchard Agents and Orchard customers.
The average full-time fully ramped Loan Officer earns $125-175k per year depending on performance, with a draw against commission structure and a 3-month ramp period.
