Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 2+ years IT Business Analyst experience
  • Produce BRD, RFP, DRS, and User Stories
  • Translate business requirements into viable solutions
  • Support development and testing during build phases
  • Experience with UML or BPMN modeling notations

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in Agile methodology preferably Scrum
  • Experience within SAFe considered an asset
  • Experience with Azure DevOps considered an asset
  • PBA or CCBA certification preferable
  • Background in software development
  • Willingness to travel if required

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years working as an IT business analyst
  • 3rd level qualification preferably IT related
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferable
  • PBA or CCBA certification is preferable
