Must-have

  • 5 years relevant experience in Facilities Environments
  • Electrical/Mechanical HVAC Engineering apprenticeship
  • C&G Pts. 1 & 2 certification
  • F-Gas equivalent or exceeds certification
  • 18th Edition IEE Wiring and Installation C&G 2391
  • BS 7671:2001 inspection testing and certification
  • Utilizing Corrigo platform

Nice-to-have

  • Excellent communication skills with all staff levels
  • Proactive approach to highest standard of operation
  • Good IT and report writing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure calmly
  • Participation in additional training programs

Key Requirements
