Job Summary

• The Senior Manager, Sourcing will lead the development and implementation of strategic sourcing activities for assigned commodities at our Portage, Michigan site within the Medical division.
• This role is responsible for obtaining the best quality, service, and value for products and services through effective bidding, negotiation, and supplier management.
• The Senior Manager, Sourcing will also lead the development and implementation of strategies and projects related to cost reduction initiatives, new product development, supply base optimization and rationalization, quality improvement, risk assessment, and contract negotiation.
