Salary

Experienced Engineer: $118,150.00 - $159,850.00; Senior Engineer: $149,600.00 - $202,400.00; Benefits: Generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid/unpaid time away from work.

Must-have

  • Software development languages: Ada, C, C++, C#, JAVA, Python
  • Agile software development methodologies
  • Embedded real-time software development
  • Operational Flight Program (OFP) software development
  • Real-time Operating Systems (RTOS) experience
  • Object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD)

Nice-to-have

  • Develop high fidelity simulation and environment software
  • Integrate innovative technologies
  • Work across program stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Technical leadership over junior engineers

Key Requirements

  • 4 plus years professional software development experience
  • 3 plus years project experience with software development methodologies
  • Bachelor of Science degree in technical field (preferred)
  • 5+ years higher education and/or related work experience (preferred)
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance
  • U.S. Person for export control compliance
