Key Requirements

  • Doctorate degree plus 2 years R&D experience
  • Master's degree plus 4 years R&D experience
  • Bachelor's degree plus 6 years R&D experience
  • Associate's degree plus 10 years R&D experience
  • High school diploma plus 12 years R&D experience
  • Preferred: MBA or PhD with 10 years lab sciences/biopharma experience
  • Preferred: 4+ years in Oncology R&D
