Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work
One year case management experience
QMHP qualification per Medicaid Services
Current Michigan Chauffeur's license
Electronic medical record documentation
Crisis intervention and de-escalation skills
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in mental health field
Hospital behavioral health setting experience
Ability to speak a language other than English
Collaborative teamwork mindset
Experience with diverse communities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, Counseling, or related field
One year professional experience in case management or supports coordination
Must meet MDHHS QMHP qualifications as specified by Medicaid Services
Possession of required state licensure appropriate to position
Must possess and maintain a current Michigan Chauffeur's license within two weeks
