• Key responsibilities include auditing car deals for accuracy using the Deal Checklist, maintaining notes of missing items in the Performance Dashboard, and providing backup support to F&I Managers for document scanning.
• The role requires meeting performance standards of accuracy, timeliness, cure rates, and efficiency while cross-training on Title & Registration Specialist roles when applicable.
