  • Welding knowledge of Tig, Mig, Arc and Gas preferred
  • Experience with ATS, RBM, and CBM methodologies
  • Ability to operate electric pallet jack or forklift
  • Basic sheet metal skills for guarding fabrication
  • Proactive approach to Root Cause Analysis and Kaizen
