• The successful candidate will support the Alcon digital transformation through implementation of LabVantage ELN and LIMS solutions for Alcon R&D, provide business systems master data development, and support day-to-day system usage.
• Key Responsibilities include Master Data creation within LabVantage, facilitating simple instrument connection business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for enterprise data systems.
• The role requires supporting and troubleshooting existing LabVantage LIMS, LES and ELN implementations, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends in these platforms.
