Under the direction of the Head of Tax, the Tax Manager will manage overall tax compliance, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws, as well as supervise the tax reporting and control functions, using both internal and external resources and service providers

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Head of Tax, the Tax Manager will manage overall tax compliance, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws, as well as supervise the tax reporting and control functions, using both internal and external resources and service providers.
  • This role requires strong experience in capital‑intensive infrastructure businesses (data centers or renewable energy) and will partner closely with Accounting, Capital Markets, Legal, Procurement, and Operations, as well as act as a key point of contact for external tax advisors and auditors.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA or equivalent preferred

  • Hands‑on experience supporting capital‑intensive businesses
