Job Summary

  • Job Description: Direct and participate in the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of Si Chuan Cuisine dishes, Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts
  • Monitoring and controlling stock levels, Maintaining/raising the food’s profit margins for the restaurant, Meeting health and safety standards, Assist in adhoc duties as and when required
