Must-have

  • 4 years progressive student affairs experience
  • 3 years professional advising of fraternities sororities
  • Experience with inter/national fraternity organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Leadership or related field

  • Master's degree in Higher Education Administration
  • Demonstrated experience supervising full-time professional staff
  • Knowledge of CAS Standards for Fraternity and Sorority Advising
  • Strong data analysis and strategic planning skills
  • Experience designing programs fostering student engagement
