Job Summary
This position advances student success, leadership development, belonging, and community impact by establishing vision and standards for a thriving Greek community alongside Recognized Student Organizations.
The role provides comprehensive oversight of the Greek Community including 20+ chapters, emphasizing values-based leadership, academic excellence, inclusive community building, and lifelong connection.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire, as the University does not offer H-1B or other work authorization visa sponsorship.

Salary
Base: $73,000 - $78,000 annually; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Excellent UW System benefit package included

Must-have
4 years progressive student affairs experience
3 years professional advising of fraternities sororities
Experience with inter/national fraternity organizations
Bachelor's degree in Communication Leadership or related field
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in Higher Education Administration
Demonstrated experience supervising full-time professional staff
Knowledge of CAS Standards for Fraternity and Sorority Advising
Strong data analysis and strategic planning skills
