The Senior Director defines and activates the NAOU Marketing Capability strategy, ensuring marketers have foundational skills and embedding modern platforms, automation, and data-driven workflows.
The position requires translating technology investments into practical, scalable capability outcomes that improve effectiveness, speed, and marketer experience across North America Marketing.

Base: $193,000 - $224,000; Bonus/Equity: 30% Annual Incentive Reference Value; Benefits: Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits
