Partner with business leaders to design, implement and evaluate comprehensive training programs that drive operational excellence and ensure regulatory compliance.
Create engaging learning experiences using various modalities including classroom instruction, eLearning, on-the-job training, and virtual delivery methods.
Maintain accurate training records and data within learning management systems (LMS) to support reporting, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
