Job Summary

  • This position will lead the continued development of a world class global accounting organization with responsibility for a broad portfolio of areas including SEC reporting and will also support technical accounting, risk and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance and timely filing of all SEC filing and Earnings Release.
  • Develop and execute effective internal controls in relation to the SEC reporting process, play key role in disclosure committee processes.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • CPA certification
  • 8+ years of experience
  • US GAAP, IFRS, SOX and SEC reporting standards knowledge
  • Experience with SEC reporting tools
