Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or related field
  • 8–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical market access, institutional or public accounts, or government engagement in India
  • Proven track record securing rate contracts, tenders, or public funding mechanisms
  • Experience leading and developing a small team
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model and able to travel regularly
