Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or related field
8–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical market access, institutional or public accounts, or government engagement in India
Proven track record securing rate contracts, tenders, or public funding mechanisms
Experience leading and developing a small team
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a hybrid model and able to travel regularly
