  • The Resource Manager is responsible for managing a team that will work closely with key stakeholders and onshore resourcing teams to forecast resource requirements, identify skill gaps, and ensure that the right people are deployed to the right projects at the right time.
  • You will collaborate closely with onshore resourcing teams, project managers, business leads, and senior leadership to manage critical resourcing data for the onshore resourcing teams.
