Job Summary
This entry level position is responsible for facilitating high quality outdoor/adventure experiences for individuals and groups in the Penn State community and beyond.
Primary responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, facilitating a positive culture of risk management, and assisting with daily operations of program/facility areas.
All Facilitators will receive training in general facilitation, customer service and risk management skills.
