  • This role leads the global marketing strategy for Evinova, shaping how our clinical development health tech solutions reach sponsors, partners, and research teams—ultimately accelerating the delivery of life-changing medicines to patients.
  • You will design and scale a full-funnel marketing capability across brand, product and solution marketing, demand generation, content, field/ABM, and marketing operations.
  • The annual base salary (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $202,324.80 - 303,487.20.

  • Experience defining operating model, org design, hiring plan, processes, and tooling for full-funnel marketing
  • Proven track record to create compelling, differentiated value propositions
  • Track record segmenting global markets, sizing opportunities, prioritizing indications and buyer personas
  • Hands-on experience building pipeline via integrated campaigns, ABM, field marketing, partnerships, events, and digital channels
  • Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and win/loss
  • Ability to develop clinical development and data science thought leadership
  • Experience tailoring marketing for US, EU, and APAC
  • Experience collaborating with CROs, technology partners, and data providers
  • Expertise in marketing analytics, dashboards, and attribution
  • Demonstrated success recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing, cross-functional marketing teams
